Yes. Standard, non-personalised products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. UK customers can also cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under distance-selling rights. Contact us for return instructions first.

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible, and keep the product and packaging while we look into it. We cover the reasonable return cost for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
