CUIRSY LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16997209), handles UK business operations. Scotland Heritage operates scotlandheritage.com as an online retailer of Highland wear, tartan products and related accessories. This policy applies to personal information handled through the website and our customer-care services.

Card payments for orders from any country are taken by CUIRSY LIMITED and appear on your card statement as CUIRSY. PayPal payments are taken by Gothic Men LLC. The company that takes your payment is the seller of your order.
