Processing and production

Normal orders: Usually ship within 10–15 days.

Non-stock tartan orders: Tartan fabric, and kilts or accessories made from non-stock tartan fabric, usually ship within 15–20 days.

Made-to-measure and personalised items may not enter production until measurements, tartan choices and other required details are complete.

Orders containing products with different lead times may be dispatched together when the longest-lead item is ready, or separately where we choose to split delivery.

Delivery options and costs

DHL express and import charges: DHL express is used when earlier delivery is needed, often for rush orders. If your order is shipped by DHL, you are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Standard US shipping costs $25 USD for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $500 USD or less after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Free standard US shipping is available above $500 USD on that basis. Select the free shipping option at checkout when eligible. Charges for other destinations are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are separate unless expressly included in your checkout total.

Available delivery services and the final charge are shown at checkout after you enter the destination. Store promotions, including any free-shipping offer, apply only while displayed and when the checkout confirms that the order and destination qualify.

Delivery estimates

Unless we expressly agree a fixed delivery date, production, dispatch and carrier timings are estimates rather than guarantees. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Where applicable consumer law sets a delivery deadline, we will meet that deadline unless a different period has been agreed with you.

If an order is needed for a wedding or another fixed occasion, contact us before ordering so we can advise whether the requested date appears achievable. An enquiry does not create a guaranteed date unless we confirm that guarantee in writing.

Dispatch and tracking

When tracking is available, details are sent using the contact information attached to the order. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Please ensure the delivery address, postcode and contact details are complete and accurate before submitting the order.

International orders

International deliveries may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes or carrier charges imposed by the destination. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them. Customs delays are outside our direct control.

Late, missing or damaged delivery

Check the tracking information and safe places around the delivery address first. If a parcel is materially late, missing, damaged in transit or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photographs where appropriate. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate.

Do not return an item to the business correspondence address unless our team has provided return instructions.
