Measure the exact path where the cap or hat will sit. A tape placed too high, low or tightly can change the result by a full size.

Step by step
Find your hat size
One wrap of the tape, checked from the front, side and back.
Head circumference
AroundMeasure around the head just above the eyebrows and ears, passing over the widest point at the back. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
Above the eyebrows
FrontAt the front, keep the tape just above the eyebrows, at the position where the hat band will sit.
Above the ears
SidesGuide the tape just above both ears. Do not let it rest on the ears or rise towards the crown.
Keep the tape level
CheckCheck the back view, keep the tape comfortably snug and horizontal, then measure twice. Record the larger repeatable result and compare it with the product chart.
