Options & customising

Can I add notes or special instructions?

Yes. Use the Additional Information box. Use this space to share relevant sizing or customisation notes for your order.

Sizing & fit

Which measurements do I need for this item?

2 measurements: Chest and Body Height. Ask someone to measure you, keep the tape level and measure every point twice.

Open this product’s size guide
How do I measure my chest?

Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest. Keep your arms relaxed and allow the tape to sit flat. Sizes run from 24 in / 61.0 cm to 72 in / 182.9 cm. Some larger sizes add a small surcharge, shown in the list.

How do I measure my body height?

Enter Body Height in inches.

Can you check my measurements before I order?

Yes. If a measurement seems unusual, or you are not sure about a measuring point, contact us before ordering and our team will help you review it. Production may not begin until your details are complete.

Making & delivery

Can I get this item faster?

Yes. Tick Rush Order for "8-10 Day Delivery", which adds 26,32 €. Choose this option if you would like rush processing. Review the displayed timeframe and surcharge before adding the item to your basket. If you need it for a fixed date, contact us before ordering.

When will my order be dispatched?

Ready-to-dispatch and made-to-order products have different preparation times. Made-to-measure and personalised items may not enter production until your measurements, choices and other details are complete. Orders with mixed lead times may ship together when the longest item is ready, or separately.

I need it for a wedding or event. Can you meet my date?

Contact us before ordering so we can advise whether your date looks achievable. Production, dispatch and carrier times are estimates unless we confirm a fixed date in writing.

How much is delivery?

Available delivery services and the final charge are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Any free-shipping offer applies only while it is displayed and checkout confirms your order qualifies.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

International deliveries may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes or carrier charges set by the destination. Unless checkout states they are included, the recipient pays them.
